Purple - more than a colour

Well - if you've been following the blog you'll already know that a purple person AKA indigo child is someone that was supposedly born smarter than the average person and can be seen as the new 'evolved' human species. Studies suggest that if you are currently younger that 18 you could be an indigo child. Only thing is that is a load of absolute gibberish! And went the same way all the alien sightings and big foot research went.
But to be blunt we are smarter than the previous generations, just the other day I asked my mom if I could have an ethernet cable and she replied (not asking why) but rather why I wanted ethernet when I had internet... Ok maybe that's because I spend a lot more time with computers than my mom does, but there in lies my point entirely. When our parent were our age - Cell phones didn't exist, the internet and computer were not as accessible and the biggest source of information was well the library. I doubt a lot of you guys go to the library every time you have a big project - heck I turn to google. We're not necessarily a new species - we've just learnt a whole lot more, a whole lot faster!

We are Purple people. People with a desire to know more about the world and explore... Admit it, we all have that desire - be it exploring a virtual gaming world and shooting the hell out of stuff on your Wii or PSP or researching your hobbies and downloading or collecting stuff. No matter the culture, the country or upbringing we are all the same in some ways. And if you don't mind we being a tad wishy washy - that it pretty dam awesome.

Okay - so that's awesome, but it can only be awesome if we look after our planet (and clearly our politicians are too busy calling each other cockroaches to do it for us - South African joke, sorry foreigners)
It's not hard - change one thing to better the environment (check the side bar for ideas) then get everyone you know to do it to. Before you know it, it could be law.....
